Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your FITPOP account and the data associated with it. You do not need the app installed to use it.

01Which App This Page Covers

This page covers FITPOP — AI Closet Stylist, published by Anhui Shuzhi Huyu Technology Co., Ltd. That is the same app name and developer name shown on our Google Play and App Store listings.

Use the form below to ask us to delete your account and its data. You do not need to have the app installed, and you do not need to be able to sign in.

02Request Deletion Online

Enter the email address your account is registered with. We reply to that address to confirm the request really came from you, and then delete the account. If you signed in with Google, use your Google account’s email address.

03Delete From Inside the App

If you still have FITPOP installed, deleting from inside the app is immediate and needs no reply from us:

  • Open FITPOP and go to Settings
  • Tap Delete Account
  • Confirm your decision

Your account closes straight away, and the data listed below is removed on the schedule in section 5.

04What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account removes all of the following:

  • Your account and sign-in credentials, including the link to Google Sign-In if you used it
  • Your profile: nickname, avatar, gender, date of birth, height, body type and style preferences
  • Every garment photo you uploaded, and the AI-generated display images created from them
  • Your wardrobe, outfits, saved looks and favourites
  • Location data collected to provide weather-based outfit recommendations
  • Usage records tied to your account

05What We Keep, and For How Long

Deletion begins as soon as we receive the request. Some copies take longer to disappear, and a small amount of information is kept:

  • Most data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
  • Copies held in backup systems are cleared within 90 days, as backups rotate.
  • Information we are required by law to keep — for tax, accounting or anti-fraud purposes, for example — is retained for as long as the law requires.
  • Aggregated, de-identified statistics are not deleted, because they can no longer be linked to you or to anyone else.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your garments, photos and preferences cannot be recovered afterwards, so save anything you want to keep before you request it.
